You, the seller, are provided with recent sales and current listing data from your direct neighborhood to help you arrive at a competitive listing price.

Provide the necessary contract and transaction disclosure documents as may be required by local and state regulations.

Your home placed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the real estate commission is shared with the MLS cooperating agent if applicable (also known as the Buyers' Agent).  Because the vast majority of sales are through an MLS cooperating agent, it is important to offer MLS cooperating agents a competitive commission to give them the incentive to show and sell your property.

Pre qualify, when possible, all prospective Buyers.  Spending time showing your home to unqualified Buyers wastes everyone's valuable time and resources.
