Inspection Rebate!
Ocean View Real Estate strongly recommends that
Buyers have the property inspected by qualified professionals to become
fully informed about the condition of the property. This
includes, but is not limited to, an inspection of all of the
components of the home and the land. Such Buyer inspections
and investigations are typically performed at the Buyer's expense.
In order to assist the Buyer in obtaining a Home
Inspection, in the event that Ocean View Real Estate
represents the Buyer, as the Buyer's Exclusive Agent in a home purchase
transaction, Ocean View Real Estate will rebate to the buyer $350.00
from Ocean View Real Estate's Buyer's Agent commission proceeds at
the close of escrow, but only upon the successful close of escrow.
In addition, any and all inspections and investigations Buyer obtains, including
the selection of any and all inspectors and/or investigators, are at the
sole discretion, responsibility, and expense of the Buyer. In
the event that escrow does not close for any reason, this $350.00
inspection rebate offer is null and void.
